What we collect

When you complete this form, we collect the information you enter and any documents you upload. This may include:

• Your name, email address, telephone number, organisation and postal address.

• Property addresses, ownership or title information and other property details.

• Information about your proposed development, use or planning matter.

• Your planning questions, objectives, priorities and preferred timeframes.

• Plans, title documents, photographs, reports and other supporting material.

• Personal information about other people contained in your answers or documents.

• Technical and submission information such as the submission time, IP address, device information and a generated reference number.

Please do not include sensitive information, identity documents, banking details or information about another person unless it is necessary for the assessment and you are authorised to provide it.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to:

• Identify and understand your property and planning matter.

• Determine the type and scope of assistance you may require.

• Contact you about your submission.

• Review uploaded documents.

• Prepare an assessment, quotation, advice or service proposal.

• Create and administer a file for your matter.

• Provide services you request.

• Maintain appropriate business, compliance and security records.

If you do not provide it

You do not have to provide personal information. However, if you do not provide required information, we may be unable to submit or properly assess your request, contact you, provide an accurate quotation or offer the requested service.

Optional fields may be left blank.

Who may receive it

We may disclose relevant information to our personnel, contractors and professional advisers, and to providers that support our website, forms, email, cloud storage, document management, security, invoicing and IT systems.

These providers may include Framer and Google Workspace services such as Google Drive and Gmail.

Where necessary for an authorised service, information may also be disclosed to consultants, councils, planning authorities, government bodies, utilities, information providers or other parties with your consent or as required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Overseas processing

Some technology providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations in which they or their service providers operate.
